Shipping Policy

At Oshunifa's Honey, we are excited to deliver your favorite styles directly to your door. We proudly offer shipping to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, sales, launches, or promotions, processing times may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

United States:
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Canada:
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

United Kingdom:
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Oshunifa's Honey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Oshunifa's Honey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact your shipping carrier directly for assistance.
